Power Farming Parts Direct delivers throughout New Zealand. Operating a 4:00pm cut-off we target a next day delivery service on all orders. Next day delivery is subject to weight and volumetric restrictions with our carrier New Zealand Couriers and excludes weekend deliveries. Should weight and volumetric restrictions prevent next day delivery, Power Farming Parts Direct will choose the next best available service. Overnight delivery is not achievable for rural deliveries. While all reasonable endeavours will be made to make the above delivery times, Power Farming Parts Direct does not guarantee delivery by any particular time.
Power Farming Parts Direct will currently only ship to valid New Zealand delivery addresses.
Unless otherwise advised, goods are sent freight free. No Rural Delivery Charges apply.
Once placed, confirmed and paid for, orders cannot be cancelled. However, in the interests of complete customer satisfaction, should you be dissatisfied with your order for any reason, Power Farming Parts Direct maintains a refund and exchange policy.

Before physically returning any goods a return authorisation from Power Farming Parts Direct is required. To obtain your authorisation document you must make a returns request. To make this request, please sign into your account and select the ‘Return item(s)” option. This option is located within order details found via My account > Orders > Order Number (The correct order number is stated within your original order confirmation document).
Before submitting your returns request, select the item(s) for return by completing the quantity for return field(s). Then select the most relevant return reason and return action from the available drop down options. You may also add any other information which may support your request within the “Comments” field prior to hitting the “SUMBIT RETURN REQUEST” button. Your request will be reviewed by Power Farming Parts Direct and a response provided, generally within 3 working days. Alternatively please email us directly at [email protected]. Power Farming Parts Direct may approve or reject a return or exchange request in its discretion.
You must return goods to Power Farming Parts Direct at your expense.
Power Farming Parts Direct will process the refund or exchange the goods (as applicable) as soon as reasonably practicable after Power Farming Parts Direct receives the goods and documentation referred to above.
Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Credits will exclude all shipping charges. If a refund relates to goods purchased via the account-to-account process between Power Farming Parts Limited and you, credit will be applied direct to your account (your preferred account number will be requested should your return request be approved).
Power Farming Parts Direct reserves the right to refuse any return request for any of the following reasons:
In accordance with our supplier’s policies the warranty on spare parts is 3 months from the date of delivery of the goods to you against defective materials and workmanship. This warranty is subject to certain exclusions, set out below.
If you wish to return goods on the basis of a warranty claim, you must submit a warranty claim request in accordance with the returns process outlined above and select ‘Warranty Claim’ as the reason for return. Alternatively email us directly at [email protected].
The only remedies available for a successful ‘Warranty Claim’ are exchange or refund.
